We make the whole process straight forward, we work with your incumbent provider, and gather all the required information to take over your IT support.
Installation of our remote monitoring agent does a lot of the heavy work for us and will scan your entire network to give us a full picture of your hardware and software health, everything else is a piece of cake. During the process we will document the transition and provide you with a full up-to-date document detailing your entire IT setup offering complete transparency that our clients are accustomed to.
Our remote support is what it says on the tin, instant remote support when you need it. All helpdesk requests are reponded to within 15 mins of receiving and resolved as quickly as possible.
If you are on our Elite plan then onsite support is included with your monthly plan at no extra cost.
Our helpdesk has a built in Client Portal, where you can view your existing tickets or log a new one directly from your desktop. We have built in a few self help scripts (automated processes) as well to enable swift resolution of common problems.
If you are the Premium or Elite plan, user training is included. This covers Microsoft / Google applications or anything else we manage on your behalf.
Our helpdesk agent is installed on all business devices. We monitor your devices for regular, common issues that can cause disruption to your daily work life. This ensures we capture smaller issues before they become something bigger.
We perform regular security updates to your devices on a day that suits you and your team. This update process is called a patch window, and it allows us to push security updates to your devices as well as software improvements. We remotely restart all devices to ensure the patches have been applied and then shut your device down once complete ensuring a smooth start the following day. This all happens out of work hours.
We provide a guaranteed response time to all tickets created by our clients.
On the Premium & Elite plans we fully manage your licencing with any supplier. All Assets are logged in our helpdesk and automatic monitoring of warranty information is stored against the asset.
We offer vendor management under the elite plan. No matter what software / system you are running we will liase with the vendor on your behalf to get issues rectified quickly and more smoothly.
If you are a company that creates a budget for your business, we will advise on hardware and software renewals that are due, to give you a comprehensive budget of your IT services.
